Id-Ul-Zuha (Bakri eid), Muharram, etc. Sikh Celebrates Guru
Gobind Singh Jayanti, Lohri, Guru Nanak Jayanti etc. Jain
Celebrates Mahavir Jayanti, Paryushan etc. Christian
Celebrates Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas etc. Buddhist
Celebrates Buddha Purnima.

Firstly We Must Need To Know that
what is the Meaning Of Navratri? 'Nav' means 'nine' and 'ratri' means 'night'.
Thus, 'Navratri' means 'nine nights'. This Festival is related to Goddess Shakti and her
various forms. All Make Worship of Goddess Shakti. There are Different types of
Navratri. But the main Navratri festival is Sharad Navratri celebrated in the
month of October/ November. In this Navratri The 9 forms of Durga are
worshipped. In Gujarat During Navratri People Enjoy A Garba(Traditional Way to
Celebrate Navratri). During Navratri In Gujarat They Play Garba As well As they
Enjoy a Various Food As Well. The 8th day is quite significant
in Bengalis as Durgashtami. The 10th day of the festival is
celebrated as Vijaya-Dashmi which is the Lord Rama’s victory over ‘Ravana’.
Diwali – A Festival Of Joy
Diwali is
the National Festival of India. Before Diwali night, people clean, renovate and
decorate their homes and offices. In Diwali all Over India has Holiday For
mostly 5 Days , the festivities start with Dhanteras, followed by Kali Chaudas
on second day, Diwali on the third day, Diwali Night dedicated to
wife–husband relationship on the fourth day, and festivities end with Bhai-Dooj
dedicated to sister–brother bond on the fifth day. Dhanteras usually falls
eighteen days after Dussehra. Because OF this Festival Is very Important In Our
Life. Diwali Is Mostly Celebrated In Month of October And November. India
Celebrate This Festival With Their Family. They Enjoy A lot With Family
And gatherings, glittering clay lamps, festive fireworks, strings of electric
lights, bonfires, flowers, sharing of sweets, and worship to Lakshmi.
School,
colleges are closed for many days so Children are enjoying the festival as much
as they can. Banks & Many Shops offer new schemes. Heavy budget new films
are released on this occasion every year.
They believe
that doing so would bring a lot of happiness & Joy, prosperity, wealth and
progress in their life. They send messages, good wishes and gifts to their
friends & Family, relatives and neighbours. This How We Celebrate Diwali
